न्याय मन्त्रीले यो अनुमति दिईएको छ यदि कुनै विदेशीले निवासको स्थिति संग भएको परिवर्तन गर्न चाहन्छ उसको निवास स्थानलाई

एकचोटी तपाईंले यो पाउनुभयो भने तपाईं स्थायी निवास बन्न सक्नुहुन्छ

विदेशीहरूलाई स्थायी बसोबास अनुमति प्रदान गरिएको छ र उनीहरूले जापानमा गर्न सक्ने क्रियाकलापहरूमा प्प्रतिबन्धहरू छैनन्।

वा उनीहरू जापानमा रहन सक्ने लामो समयसम्म रहन सक्छ

 जापानी कानून पालन गर्नुहोस् र समाज द्वारा आलोचना नगर्नुहोस् 

 

*यदि निर्भरतामा रहे एक व्यक्ति योग्यता को स्थिति बाहिर गतिविधिहरु को लागी अनुमति प्राप्त तर एक हप्ता २ 28 घण्टा वा अधिक काम भने यो उल्लंघन मान्न सकिन्छ(If a person who stayed in a "Dependent" obtained permission for activities outside the status of qualification, but worked 28 hours or more a week, it could be considered a violation.)

यो घर होल्ड आधारमा निर्धारण गरिन्छ (This is determined on a household basis).

vनिम्न ABCD आवश्यकताहरू पूरा गर्नुपर्दछThe following ABCD requirements must be met.

A. जापानमा १० बर्ष भन्दा बढी रुनु भएको हुनुपर्छ .Must have been in Japan for 10 years or more

 कम्तिमा १० वर्ष मध्ये 5 स्थितिमा आधारित हुनुपर्दछ जस्तै कार्य योग्यता वा निर्भरता (work qualification or dependent)

तर त्यहाँ दुई अपवाद छन्

 

१:पति या पत्नी जापानी नागरिकको वा स्थायी निवास

व्यक्तिसँग विवाह 3 बर्ष  भन्दा बढीको छ वा जारी छ र जापानमा १ बर्ष वा सो भन्दा बढी भैरहेको छ

 

२:जापानी राष्ट्रिय वा स्थायी निवास को बच्चा

*कम्तिमा एक वर्ष जापान मा बसेके

तर यो अनुमति छैन यदि तपाईं विद्यार्थी हुनुहुन्छ वा जागिर छ, स्कूल छोड्नुहोस् र बेरोजगार हुनुहुन्छ

 

 

 
B.कर स्वास्थ्य बीमा र समाज बीमा दायित्व पूरा गर्नB(.Fulfilling tax, health insurance and social insurance obligations)
C. जापानमा तपाईको हालको निवास स्थानको रहनको लागि लामो अवधि हुनुपर्दछ(Must be in Japan for the longest period of stay of your current status of residence)

उदाहरण को लागी, रेस्टुरेन्ट कुक ईन्जिनियर / मानविकी / अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सेवा मा विशेषज्ञ को निवास को स्थिति। अधिकतम 5 बर्ष हो

 

*आश्रित पनि years बर्ष हो 

 

*जापानीको पति या पत्नी वा बच्चा पनि 5 बर्ष हो

D.मान्यता प्राप्त छ कि सार्वजनिक हितलाई गम्भीर चोट पुर्‍याउने कुनै जोखिम छैनD. Recognized that there is no risk of seriously harming the public interest

यो 1 संग ओभरल्याप गर्दछ विदेशीको व्यवहार राम्रो छ(This overlaps with ①the foreign national's behavior is good)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

（永住許可）
(Permission for Permanent Residence)
第二十二条　在留資格を変更しようとする外国人で永住者の在留資格への変更を希望するものは、法務省令で定める手続により、法務大臣に対し永住許可を申請しなければならない。
Article 22　(1)　A foreign national who seeks to change their status of residence to that of "Permanent Resident" must file an application to the Minister of Justice for permission for permanent residence by taking the procedures provided for by Ministry of Justice Order.
２　前項の申請があつた場合には、法務大臣は、その者が次の各号に適合し、かつ、その者の永住が日本国の利益に適合すると認めたときに限り、これを許可することができる。ただし、その者が日本人、永住許可を受けている者又は特別永住者の配偶者又は子である場合においては、次の各号に適合することを要しない。
(2)　If an application as set forth in the preceding paragraph has been filed, the Minister of Justice may grant permission only if the Minister finds that the foreign national conforms to the following items and that their permanent residence conforms to the interests of Japan; provided, however, that in the case of spouses or children of Japanese nationals of residents with permanent residence status or of special permanent resident, they do not need to conform to the following items:
一　素行が善良であること。
(i)　the foreign national's behavior is good; and
二　独立の生計を営むに足りる資産又は技能を有すること。
(ii)　the foreign national has sufficient assets or skills to make an independent living.
３　法務大臣は、前項の規定による許可をすることとしたときは、出入国在留管理庁長官に、当該外国人に対し、その旨を通知させるものとする。この場合において、その通知は、出入国在留管理庁長官が、入国審査官に、当該許可に係る外国人に対し在留カードを交付させることにより行うものとする。
(3)　If the Minister of Justice decides to grant the permission provided for in the preceding paragraph, the Minister is to have the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency notify the foreign national to that effect. In that case, this notification is to be made by the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency by having an immigration officer issue a residence card to the foreign national pertaining to the permission.
４　第二項の規定による法務大臣の許可は、前項の規定による在留カードの交付があった時に、その効力を生ずる。
(4)　The permission of the Minister of Justice pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) becomes effective when the residence card under the provisions of the preceding paragraph has been issued.
